Return Policy

At offerings, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Seasonal and holiday décor

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Candles and fragrance products

  • Pre-loved and vintage items

Due to the unique and previously owned nature of our vintage and pre-loved merchandise, all such sales are final.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase so we can assist you.
